About Vis

Visual Strategies is a San Francisco-based creative agency for digital and print projects. We produce websites and web applications, books and publications, and internal and external branding for our clients. Our web projects range in scope from small mini-sites to large data-rich sites with massive numbers of assets and documents. 

We have a proven record of delivering a quality product under challenging environments. Our team has built custom solutions and worked with standard off-the-shelf tools for many large organizations, building their internal teams and managing outside vendors.

Dennis Gallagher
Principal

Dennis Gallagher lives and works in San Francisco and was the Art Director of the San Francisco Chronicle prior to founding Visual Strategies. Initially a book and publication designer with a strong typographic focus, he has been involved in website design since the arrival of web browsers. Dennis is an experienced creative lead with expertise in all stages of digital art direction and design, from conceptual thinking through product launch. He has helped local and international companies such as Google and Bechtel International move from print to digital communications.

Carrie Santi Delucchi
Digital Strategist, Information Architect, Project Manager

Carrie DeLucchi has been developing websites since 2000 and joined the Visual Strategies team as web developer seven years ago. With Carrie on board, we added capabilities to build more complex web applications. Carrie created a proprietary content management system called Blitz™, which can be leveraged to build expansive custom web apps. She has utilized this system on projects for UC Berkeley, Community Action, Marin’s Dream House Raffle and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. Her digital diversification and innovation has helped businesses, nonprofits and public companies improve their digital services, online marketing and digital strategies.
